The return process was way slower than I expected. I kept having to follow up just to get any updates, which got frustrating.

My order from lanpwr.com showed up around when I expected it to, so no complaints there. Most of the stuff was exactly what I picked out too, which was good... I was just glad it didn’t take forever.

One item was a little different from what I ordered, though. Not a huge deal, but annoying enough that I had to go back and check the listing and my confirmation. I’d maybe order again, but next time I’d probably look everything over a bit more carefully.

The site was easy to get around, pages loaded fast and I found the battery info without having to click all over the place. Checkout was simple too, I knew what to do the whole way through. My only complaint is the product filters, they could definitely use a little work.
